RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

We strive to provide you with the best products from reputable manufacturers, but we understand that there are times when you need to return an item or claim a warranty. We will help you solve your problems with the order.

1. I received an item that I did not order

Received the wrong item that you did not order? We apologize for the inconvenience, but at the same time, we ask you to return the item to us so that we can replace the item with the item you ordered.

2. Material error a

2.1 When is an error real?

  • When the article does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for circulation, 

  • When the article does not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of, 

  • When the article does not have the properties and features that were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed, 

  • Where the seller has delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown for notification purposes only. 

2.2 How is product suitability checked?

It is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, and at the same time with the statements of the manufacturer, the authorized repairer, or the indications on the item itself.

3. Warranty

The warranty period when purchasing a 3D Printer is 12 months. The warranty comes into effect on the day of sale, which you prove with the invoice. The warranty only applies to the original configuration that is written on the invoice. If you install new components or carry out other interventions on the 3D printer (e.g. changing the extruder , motherboard, etc.), you will not be able to claim the warranty.

Before claiming the warranty on your 3D printer, please check the FAQ for the model you purchased. In 80% of all cases, problems arise with clogging of the filament between the nozzle and the Teflon Capricorn tube.

3.1 Cases to which the guarantee does not apply

  • if the warranty period has expired; 

  • if any components inside the 3D Printer have been replaced and the product has been tampered with by an unauthorized person; 

  • if mechanical damage is visible on the housing or the buyer handled the product negligently or unprofessionally; 

  • due to force majeure failures, maintenance, etc.; 

  • malfunction of the 3D Printer due to incorrectly loaded software; 

  • in the event of a fall, breakage, spillage, impact of abnormal moisture and temperature, explosion, direct lightning strike, direct action of electricity due to earth contact, short circuit, overvoltage, electronic charge, electromagnetic interference and the like. 

3.2 Unjustified complaint

If it turns out that the complaint is unjustified, the customer will be charged a diagnostic fee of €20 + VAT.

Return at the 3dragons collection point in Ljubljana

You can bring the item you want to return to our collection point. In addition, be sure to bring the invoice and the completed form for returning the item (Complaint record), which can be found here .

Return by mail

If you are unable to return the item to our collection point, you can take advantage of the return by post option. We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment. Prepare the items properly for transport (you can use the original 3dragons packaging or other suitable safe packaging).

In the case of a return by post, you must do the following:

  • Complete the item returns form, which is the source of all the information we need to process the return. 

  • Attach a copy of the receipt for the item you are returning. 

  • Restore the item to its factory settings if it is an electronic device that has this option. 

  • Prepare the item for transport. Protect the item properly before handing it over to the carrier. You must protect the item with the original packaging or packaging that can protect the item as well as the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Do not forget to attach the data form and a copy of the invoice.
